Welcome to Tax Growth Rescue LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, educational materials, or digital tools, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Tax Growth Rescue LLC provides tax advisory, strategic planning, accounting, tax preparation, educational resources, and AI-enhanced tools for small business owners, high-income professionals, and CPA firms. Our services are intended for informational and strategic purposes only and do not constitute legal or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

3. Collection of Data

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you opt in to our services or agree to our Terms of Service. This may include your name, contact details, and other relevant information necessary for us to provide you with our services.

4. Use of Data

The data we collect is used solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested and for communication related to those services. We do not share, sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. Your data will only be used in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Opt-in Communication

We may only contact you in relation to the services you have opted in for. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you consent to receive communications related to your request or service. If you wish to withdraw your consent or opt-out of future communications, you may do so at any time by contacting us.

6. Messaging

Tax Growth Rescue Messaging

When users opt-in they will receive appointment confirmations & reminders after booking an appointment with our company. Users who opt-in to receive a free e-book will also receive notifications and messaging.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP", we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance or reach out directly to [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. 7. Compliance with A2P 10DLC

Our communication practices comply with A2P 10DLC regulations. We ensure that all messaging is carried out in accordance with the guidelines and requirements set forth by the regulations.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate financial and personal information. We are not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to checklists, templates, guides, and branded materials, are the intellectual property of Tax Growth Rescue LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

10. Payment and Refunds

Fees for services are disclosed prior to engagement. Clients receive a detailed proposal of services and the fees for those services prior to signing an engagement agreement. Refunds are issued only in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary by service type.

11. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and compliance, but we do not guarantee outcomes such as audit avoidance or tax savings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

12. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we may disclose information if required by law or regulatory authorities.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our platform for any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior.

14. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
